Senior Staff Engineer – Performance and Observability

Design and implement performance and observability capabilities to help systems run reliably and efficiently. Build/maintain monitoring, tracing, and related tooling to surface issues quickly, improve reliability, and drive performance improvements. Collaborate with engineering teams to instrument services, analyze signals, and recommend technical changes that enhance overall system health and responsiveness.
