  • •Maintain and develop Truist-resident ACH PEP+ vendor COBOL code and perform development to support necessary ACH processing requirements.
  • •Develop customized coding and perform software integration analysis, configuration, and solution implementation aligned to company standards.
  • •Lead and participate in end-to-end development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of highly complex solutions, including robust unit testing and release testing.
  • •Build non-functional monitoring capabilities, provide escalated production support, and implement security controls and monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/training).
  • •In-depth knowledge of information systems and ability to apply IT best practices.
  • •Significant knowledge of PEP+ internals and ACH processing rules, including PEP+ DB2 and PEP+ online (CICS required).
  • •Lead development and support of highly complex solutions with robust unit testing and support for release testing.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration in an Agile environment, refining user stories and delivering automated unit testing and monitoring.
