Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Support store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using selling strategies.
  • •Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives.
  • •Follow Crocs policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 17.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •Ability to move merchandise and operate backroom/sales floor equipment as needed.
  • •Ability to place and arrange items on shelves and racks.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift.
