Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensures meeting space is readied and provides guest with overview of menu choices.
  • •Takes guest’s order and explains menu as appropriate.
  • •Prepares order for presentation to guest.
  • •Replenishes water and brews coffee for customers.
  • •Clears tables and resets them quickly while maintaining cleanliness.
  • •Polishes silver and folds linens; assists service team to meet guest expectations.
