Key Responsibilities

  • •Infrastructure & Cloud: Architect and manage our AWS environment for scalability, cost efficiency, and multi-region readiness. Drive Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and modern cloud-native practices.
  • •Reliability & SRE: Expand WeTravel’s reliability program from the ground up, define platform SLIs/SLOs, improve incident response observability (Datadog, Sentry), and lead MTTR reduction from hours to minutes.
  • •Developer Experience: Build a world class developer experience with internal platforms, CI/CD, and tooling to multiply product engineers’ impact.
  • •IT Operations: Oversee internal IT team and infrastructure, tooling, and access management to ensure secure, reliable systems.
  • •Technical Strategy: Partner with the Engineering Manager to define the platform roadmap.
