Job Summary

Develop frontend banking experiences using Angular (including signals) and TypeScript, collaborating in agile delivery teams to design, review, and deliver end-to-end solutions. Independently debug and investigate complex system landscapes, contribute to automation of the delivery process, and ensure designs are fit for purpose and compliant. Work with modern web/backend capabilities (REST APIs, OAuth2), and container/cloud and data technologies across a distributed engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design solutions with limited supervision using common design patterns and tools and techniques.
•Deliver high-quality complex solutions end to end autonomously across multiple technologies.
•Investigate issues, analyze services/components, and increasingly lead remediation.
•Conduct peer reviews to ensure designs are fit for purpose, flexible, extensible, reusable, and compliant.
•Drive automation of the delivery process and consider technology’s business value and delivery costs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Frontend Engineer or similar role.
•Frontend experience with Angular (especially 20+ and signals) and TypeScript.
•Proficiency designing and developing backend solutions, including RESTful APIs with Java (Spring Boot/Spring Security) or Node.js (Express/TypeScript).
•Experience with container/cloud and databases (Docker, Kubernetes, and/or cloud-native microservices; PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB/Cassandra).
