Job Summary

Provide PMO support at Delivery Centre level to help deliver projects to quality, cost, and time targets. Own governance, planning, reporting packs, and controls in line with the Change Management Framework and delivery methodology. Partner with Project Management to run risk and issue processes, manage resources and costs, track benefits, and set up configuration/documentation systems. Line manage PMO Analysts and drive continuous improvement across the PMO service.

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate project/programme planning, including robust plans with milestones, dependencies, critical path, risks, and assumptions.
•Develop and coordinate management information packs and reports to support the monthly governance cycle.
•Identify, monitor, and progress risks and issues, escalating appropriate items and ensuring timely close-out with owners.
•Drive resource and cost management, maintaining resource plans, escalating gaps, and working with Finance to manage spend risks and offsets.
•Line manage PMO Analysts, providing day-to-day support, one-to-ones, annual objectives, performance feedback, and development plans.
•Set up and maintain documentation/configuration management systems and ensure governance and controls are maintained through delivery.
•Capture and track project benefits (financial and non-financial) across the project life cycle.
