Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain all taps, basins, toilet seats, bathtub and shower mixers in guest rooms.
  • •Maintain plumbing fixtures in public toilets and ensure public-area plumbing is functioning properly.
  • •Maintain back-of-house pipe networks for domestic water (hot/cold) and drainage/sewage collectors.
  • •Inspect sites, determine required materials/equipment, and test plumbing systems to identify leaks and faults.
  • •Respond to emergencies, act quickly to restore normal operations, and log daily activities and issues for other shifts.

Key Requirements

  • •Very good knowledge of building plumbing operation and how to analyze issues to plan timely repairs.
  • •Ability to install, modify, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures for drainage and water systems.
  • •Ability to inspect work sites, determine materials/equipment needed, and test systems to identify leaks and faults.
  • •Willingness to train and instruct other staff by sharing knowledge and skills.
  • •Strong adherence to hotel rules and policies, including fire, hygiene, health & safety, and accident-prevention practices.
