Job Summary

Own the preparation and management of contract documents tied to sales activities, from contract requests through signature and archiving. Work within the AVEVA Contract Management team across the quote-to-fulfilment process, coordinating with Sales, Legal Counsel, Trade Compliance, Finance, Order Entry, Deal Desk, and Fulfilment to meet deadlines and stay compliant with AVEVA policies. Draft and edit contract templates (e.g., NDAs) and respond to internal and external contract queries.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and manage contracts related to the company’s sales activities, ensuring documents are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
•Ensure compliance with AVEVA contracting guidelines, policies, protocols, and processes.
•Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Trade Compliance, Finance, Order Entry, Deal Desk, and Fulfilment to deliver contracts through the quote-to-fulfilment process.
•Handle contract queries from internal teams and external stakeholders and facilitate contract signature by all parties.
•Draft, prepare, and edit documents under Legal supervision (e.g., NDAs, Termination Letters, Novation Letters, Price Escalation notifications) and archive signed documents.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and hands-on experience in commercial contracts management and administration (significant relevant experience may substitute for a degree).
•Knowledge of contractual and legal terminology, with strong attention to detail.
•Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
•Excellent communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach.
•Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
