Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coach a team to drive consistent operating rhythms and ongoing relationship management while delivering a memorable customer experience.
  • •Use consultative sales to identify customer and prospect financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Deliver an integrated book of business strategy using Financial Needs Assessments and proactive banker support.
  • •Source, develop, coach, and lead a team that reinforces core values and business strategies, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • •Manage risk by following policies and procedures and identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks; participate in community activities.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or 2+ years of experience in a sales environment.
  • •Previous management experience preferred.
  • •Experience in the financial industry and ability to manage a P&L (plus).
  • •Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) (MU4R registration required).
