Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform truck preventive maintenance repairs (routine PMs) and address mechanical or electrical failures across the garage.
  • •Diagnose and repair truck engines and systems using diagnostic programs, including identifying fault codes.
  • •Complete minor structural welding and cutting tasks as needed for repairs.
  • •Communicate with transportation personnel (managers, drivers, and clerks) and apply troubleshooting skills to assigned equipment.
  • •Maintain required documentation and process daily work orders using basic computer skills; may perform remote service calls if required.
