Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, plan, structure, and maintain an integrated project schedule
  • •Create and manage a risk register to capture opportunities and risks and track mitigations
  • •Develop and update the configuration management plan for new projects
  • •Set up project structures and coordinate bid management
  • •Lead resource management, workload tracking, and capacity planning; provide management reports and support process/tools development

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a business/economics field (e.g., Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, or comparable)
  • •Proven PMO experience and project management experience, preferably in large telecom projects
  • •Understanding of PMO processes and discipline with advanced knowledge
  • •Knowledge of business fundamentals including risk and opportunity management and EAC planning is advantageous
  • •Experience with project management and planning tools (e.g., Planisware UP, MS-Project) and DOORS and SAP, plus process management/optimization experience
