Key Responsibilities

  • •Build cross-Oracle-unit bridges to plan, develop, and deploy programs and projects with quality and on-time delivery into production environments.
  • •Drive execution within cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale initiatives across the Oracle operations portfolio.
  • •Create transparent communication channels for enterprise stakeholders, IT, and third-party vendors, providing appropriate executive updates on program status.
  • •Manage program scope, execution, and deliverable reporting across multiple global business units against committed schedules.
  • •Manage critical-path timelines by identifying risks early and facilitating resolution of blockers; ensure adherence to Oracle best practices throughout the program lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in program and project management.
  • •3+ years proven experience leading highly complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • •Strong technical background in cloud operations to support architecture and integration discussions in an Oracle environment.
  • •Experience delivering technical programs end-to-end from conception through usability and delivery.
  • •Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheets) and methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum/Agile), plus clear executive communication in English.
