Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive cost-specific projects and collaborate with project teams to understand business value and contribution to cost targets.
  • •Create, maintain, and track strategic roadmaps with key cost metrics to the latest best-in-class targets; provide periodic performance updates.
  • •Manage and control program changes (scope, plan, business rules, policies, and procedures) and work with site leadership to identify risks and execute solutions.
  • •Lead AI-enabled transformation in cost management to improve analytics, operational efficiency, and strategic value creation.
  • •Represent the site in the Frontend SPMO network, implement network best practices, and ensure key projects are executed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Science disciplines.
  • •2+ years working experience in Frontend Fab Engineering (IE, PIE, PEE, ME) or in Business Analyst, Management, or Finance environments.
  • •Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize complex information clearly.
  • •Strong program and project management skills, with excellent written and oral communication across functional groups.
  • •Experience understanding manufacturing/engineering processes and systems, and advising stakeholders on risk and reward analysis.
