Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute risk-based test coverage and meet sprint goals for the UCM system across the software implementation life cycle.
  • •Validate front-end web application functionality, back-end data, and reporting/ETL data using manual and automated QA.
  • •Assist with design, creation, automation, and execution of test cases and scenarios; record actual vs. expected results.
  • •Perform functional, non-functional, regression, system, and performance testing and conduct root-cause analysis for defects and issues.
  • •Support UAT testing, contribute inputs for test plans, and produce evaluated test/defects reports while collaborating with stakeholders.
