Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake activities with all children to ensure their safety and support physical, emotional, and educational development.
  • •Carry out planned educational activities and learning programs while promoting independent learning.
  • •Provide high-standard care and education within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
  • •Encourage acceptance and inclusion; adapt activities to meet the needs of all children.
  • •Monitor, assess, and record children’s individual needs using the Learning and Development Profile Book; participate in assessments and prepare reports.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Early Childhood/Education (or related specialization) plus a certified vocational certificate for early childhood care and education (level III).
  • •Alternatively, a high school diploma plus a certified vocational certificate (Cache Level 3) and at least two years of experience caring for or educating children.
  • •Native-level proficiency in English.
  • •Currently residing in Dubai or planning to relocate to Dubai (preferred).
