Job Summary

Support engineering teams by consulting on and enabling adoption of engineering software solutions across unclassified and classified environments. Manage installations, upgrades, deployments, configurations, integrations, and user acceptance testing for engineering tools. Provide general user support, troubleshoot complex tool problems on Windows/Unix/Linux, and coordinate resources to meet customer priorities while operating within schedule and cost constraints. Key Responsibilities

•Consult with engineers on implementing engineering software solutions and assist programs in using and adopting solutions and emerging technologies.
•Manage engineering tool installations and upgrades.
•Deploy engineering applications including installations, configurations, integrations, and user acceptance testing.
•Provide general user support for engineering tools and troubleshoot tool-related problems.
•Set and manage customer expectations while working within schedule and cost constraints as part of a virtual Support Service & Maintenance team.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in STEM and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
•Experience supporting engineering-discipline tools (software, system, mechanical, electrical, etc.) including DevOps tools such as Atlassian Suite, Jenkins, Coverity, and Artifactory, plus tools like Matlab, DOORs, Cameo, Creo, Vivado, Ansys, and LabView.
•Experience troubleshooting and solving complex engineering tool problems in Windows, Unix, and/or Linux environments.
•Experience applying principles and processes of software development.
•Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
