Principal Security Engineer

Serve as the senior technical leader in Security Engineering, setting security architecture direction across an AI-native engineering environment. Design security controls spanning encryption/key management, IAM, and core infrastructure, and guide architecture for complex systems including AI/agentic architectures and novel integrations. Partner with engineering, product, Product Security, and Security Operations to embed secure-by-default workflows, mentor security teams, and translate technical risk into business terms for leadership and compliance stakeholders.
