Job Summary

Partner with production companies and internal stakeholders to support Netflix Originals in India from development through delivery. Review and analyze budgets, cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts, performing variance analysis and preparing Estimates to Complete (ETCs). Map costs to Netflix’s Chart of Accounts, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliant invoice and payment processing. Deliver clear financial insights and improve production reporting processes across teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with production companies, line producers, production accountants, and auditors throughout the production lifecycle.
•Provide guidance on Netflix financial policies, reporting expectations, and production finance processes.
•Review and analyze budgets, cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts, including variance analysis and risk identification.
•Develop accurate Estimates to Complete (ETCs) and final cost projections; prepare concise summaries and presentations for stakeholders.
•Map production costs to the Chart of Accounts, maintain financial records, and support compliant invoicing and reporting with auditors and production accountants.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in production finance, production accounting, production management, or a similar role in film/TV/media.
•Strong understanding of production budgeting, cost reporting, forecasting, and production accounting.
•Experience working with production companies, studios, line producers, or production accountants.
•Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with production accounting software is an advantage.
•Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce (CA or equivalent preferred).
