Lead Test Engineer

Lead testing of highly integrated multi-rail power management devices, supporting probe and final test development for complex mixed-signal circuits. Create test plans, programs, and ATE hardware interface boards; debug and correlate silicon characterization data with bench results. Drive yield and test-time improvements, optimize statistical analysis, and support failure analysis. Partner with design and production teams to release products to volume production and implement test strategy for new DCDC converter products.
