Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence reports and automated dashboards using operational data platforms.
  • •Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to secure data access, validate data definitions, and ensure datasets are accurate and fit for purpose.
  • •Monitor data flows, validate connections, and resolve data quality issues by identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions.
  • •Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities to digitize manual workflows and automate recurring technical processes.
  • •Lead digital and analytics initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, handover, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related analytical discipline.
  • •Minimum of 3 years’ experience in analytical, numerical, business intelligence, or reporting environments; aviation experience is preferred.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platforms and query/analytics tools such as SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
  • •Hands-on experience with data analytics, dashboard development, business intelligence reporting, data modelling, and ETL principles.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to present technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
