Job Summary

Provide technical assistance to the NICE Cloud Networking team by designing, deploying, operating, and maintaining customer cloud network and security infrastructure. Support production multi-tenant IP networks, configure and troubleshoot VPN tunnels, and resolve complex network/security issues involving Palo Alto, Cisco, and F5. Work with AWS network stacks and Linux-style networking concepts (IPsec/TCP/IP, layer-7 firewall/SSL). Write Terraform scripts and collaborate with global operations and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with the NICE Cloud Networking team on design, deployment, operation, and maintenance of cloud hosted network and security infrastructure.
•Administer and troubleshoot network and security devices and software (including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and WAN).
•Configure and troubleshoot VPN tunnels, applying deep knowledge of IPsec, TCP/IP stack, layer 7 firewall packet processing, and SSL protocol.
•Write Terraform scripts and use Git to support network/security infrastructure changes.
•Resolve customer issues requiring direct access to network/security infrastructure and provide ongoing support to business teams to ensure hosted performance, security, availability, and reliability.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience managing network and security infrastructure and administering associated tools.
•Minimum 3 years experience with AWS Cloud and managing AWS network stacks (mandatory).
•Minimum 3 years experience with Palo Alto (mandatory).
•Experience working with security appliances (Palo Alto, Cisco) including ACL, NAT, and VPN and resolving complex technical issues.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; AWS and Palo Alto certifications (mandatory).
