Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accurate integration of accounting data and prepare adjusting journal entries for accounting upload companies.
  • •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages and ensure statements and schedules are complete and accurate.
  • •Support close activities, including accruals, journal entries, and timely balance sheet reconciliations and issue resolution.
  • •Support technical accounting for purchase accounting, acquisitions, and the financial integration of new entities and segments (including chart of accounts and reporting requirements).
  • •Support SOX compliance where applicable, partner with auditors, and analyze financial results and significant variances for senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA designation.

  • •Experience preparing, reviewing, and managing balance sheet reconciliations and close processes (month-end, quarter-end, year-end).
