Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following safety policies, using required PPE, and reporting hazards.
  • •Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against packing slips and invoices or purchase orders.
  • •Count/weigh, label, tag, and store items; perform inventory movements physically and digitally and update records in the warehouse management system.
  • •Follow FIFO and FEFO when storing and picking products to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
  • •Prepare ship-out documents, coordinate with production/pick and pack priorities, and create tickets for daily delivery shorts and non-deliveries.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 17 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Willing and able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs, with prolonged standing and regular bending, twisting, and walking.
  • •6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience in a food processing, manufacturing, or service industry.
  • •Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written.
  • •Familiar with MS Office and/or Google Apps and comfortable learning new technologies; experience with inventory management and control.
