Own the manufacturing and assembly of electrical subsystems and wire harnessing for microreactor builds. Drive schedule and throughput, troubleshoot harness quality issues, and establish tooling/fixtures while partnering with design engineering and supply chain to qualify components and consumables.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and enforce production processes, build procedures, equipment, and quality standards for electrical and I&C scope.
•Lead hands-on electrical builds including wire panels, assemble racks, terminate instrumentation loops, and work with technicians on the shop floor.
•Drive schedule and throughput for electrical hardware by identifying risks early, solving problems quickly, and keeping builds moving.
•Establish and continuously improve manufacturing and assembly processes to scale from prototype to production, authoring clear build instructions.
•Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues with harnesses throughout fabrication and assembly while establishing equipment, tooling, and fixtures.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in electrical manufacturing, harness fabrication, or I&C assembly.
•Experience in a highly regulated or safety-critical manufacturing environment (e.g., nuclear, aerospace, defense, medical device, or industrial controls).
•Proficiency with electrical test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, data loggers, Hipot testers, and LCR meters.
•Demonstrated experience testing electrical components and systems and analyzing results.
•Strong working knowledge of industrial instrumentation (thermocouples, RTDs, pressure transducers, flow meters, and level sensors).
