Deliver exceptional consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model while educating customers on products, promotions, and events. Support store goals by assisting with retail operations including Point of Sale (POS) management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and store cleanliness. Collaborate with Store Management to improve performance indicators and follow Asset Protection procedures for shortage prevention and inventory control.
