Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full-spectrum doula support for birth and postpartum clients.
  • •Participate in the Loula partnership process by submitting the interest form and completing screening.
  • •Maintain required trainings and insurance to meet Loula’s minimum qualifications.
  • •Work as an independent contractor within Loula’s non-exclusive doula network.
  • •Engage with client referrals from Loula’s client referral/doula matching program and Care Navigator introductions.

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training and attended 3 births as a doula, or 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
