Job Summary

Serve as the primary point of contact for Wise Platform enterprise partners, driving operational efficiency from implementation through ongoing optimization. Deliver advanced support and guidance across the partner lifecycle, develop tailored documentation and workshops, and coordinate with internal servicing teams to streamline processes. Own the partner support ecosystem (including Zendesk setup and knowledge spaces), resolve escalations within SLAs, analyze partner KPIs to optimize products, and gather feedback to influence the roadmap.

•Review partners’ operating environments and deliver training, documentation, and best practices for customer support.
•Develop tailored support documentation and lead workshops to map support models for new partnerships, coordinating with internal servicing teams.
•Set up and own each partner’s technical ecosystem (Zendesk organizations/knowledge spaces, shared workspaces, and collaboration tools).
•Serve as primary partner point of contact through email and live channels to resolve queries and manage escalations within agreed SLAs.
•Analyze partner contact data and performance KPIs, collaborate with development teams to optimize the product, and use partner feedback to influence the product roadmap.

•Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable projects and strategic recommendations.
•Proficiency using analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Snowflake, MS Suite, Lightdash, Superset) to monitor partner health and trends.
•Comfort presenting complex technical concepts and leading high-level partner meetings while resolving incidents and escalations.
