  • •Oversee engineering, operations, and lifecycle management of building infrastructure across a corporate office portfolio and select mission-critical spaces.
  • •Ensure mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, BAS/BMS, life-safety systems, and data-center-grade infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • •12+ years with a Bachelor’s Degree (or 8–10 with an Advanced Degree, or 6+ with a PhD) and 15+ years progressive experience in engineering/facilities/mission-critical infrastructure leadership.
  • •10+ years in leadership roles managing global or multi-regional engineering organizations and significant capital budgets.
  • •Deep technical expertise across HVAC/mechanical systems, electrical infrastructure, BAS/BMS, OT/controls, and data center or mission-critical environments.
  • •Proven experience executing multi-year engineering strategies and large-scale modernization programs, including OT/ICS cybersecurity governance and IT/OT convergence for building systems.
