Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with collecting, compiling, and analyzing project data from physical sites, surveys, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for development, design, and installation.
  • •Support research and inspections of site conditions, equipment, layout, usage, and smart building systems to confirm conformance with codes, standards, and permits.
  • •Perform routine building technology functions and provide entry-level technical assistance with design requirements, load calculations, and operating strategies.
  • •Verify site characteristics and help with design, installation, and integration issues for smart buildings using converged networks and intelligent AV/telecommunications, security, and surveillance systems.
  • •Generate accurate project documentation and specifications using drawings, diagrams, illustrations, spreadsheets, and reports while complying with safety guidelines and procedures.

Key Requirements
