Job Summary

Develop and maintain Alfa Laval’s hygienic valve portfolio by collaborating with the global valve development team and R&D stakeholders. Own projects from initial concept through product launch, supporting new product development and improvements to meet market and customer requirements. Work on quality, process improvement, and resource optimization, applying technical skills in mechanical design, CFD, CAD, and PLM tools while communicating clearly across a complex matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the valve development team and broader R&D organization on quality, process improvement, and resource optimization.
•Work with internal and global stakeholders to maintain a competitive valves portfolio.
•Participate in projects from initial concept to product launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
•Support development of new hygienic valves and improvements to existing valves to meet market needs and customer requirements.

Key Requirements

•Mechanical engineering background with at least 5 years of experience in product design or construction, preferably within hygienic equipment.
•Skilled in CFD and interested in further developing CFD competence.
•Proficient in CAD (NX preferred) and PLM (Siemens NX and TeamCenter preferred).
•Knowledge of mechanical design requirements, manufacturing methods, and applications in the hygienic industry.
•Excellent communication skills in English and Danish, both oral and written.
