Key Responsibilities

•Lead capital raises across the firm’s strategic vehicles and initiatives, spanning equity, structured, and credit instruments.
•Own the investor pipeline from initial sourcing and qualification through diligence, negotiation, and close.
•Build the core fundraising materials, including the equity story, investor presentations, data rooms, and the supporting financial narrative.
•Structure terms and commitments in coordination with deal leadership, balancing the interests of the firm, founders, and incoming investors.
•Read the market and maintain a current view of market conditions, investor appetite, and comparable transactions to inform timing and structure.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Twelve to fifteen years or more of progressive experience across investment banking, private equity, sovereign wealth or institutional investing, capital markets, or senior investor relations.
•A demonstrable track record of raising or deploying institutional capital and of closing complex transactions.
•Direct experience engaging sovereign wealth funds, strategic investors, or large institutional allocators at a senior level.
•Exposure to public company investor relations, the listing process, or a business combination is strongly preferred.
•Strong capital markets knowledge and ability to build the investor relations function from the ground up in a fast-moving environment.
