Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead capital raises across the firm’s strategic vehicles and initiatives, spanning equity, structured, and credit instruments.
  • •Own the investor pipeline from initial sourcing and qualification through diligence, negotiation, and close.
  • •Build the core fundraising materials, including the equity story, investor presentations, data rooms, and the supporting financial narrative.
  • •Structure terms and commitments in coordination with deal leadership, balancing the interests of the firm, founders, and incoming investors.
  • •Read the market and maintain a current view of market conditions, investor appetite, and comparable transactions to inform timing and structure.

Key Requirements

  • •Twelve to fifteen years or more of progressive experience across investment banking, private equity, sovereign wealth or institutional investing, capital markets, or senior investor relations.
  • •A demonstrable track record of raising or deploying institutional capital and of closing complex transactions.
  • •Direct experience engaging sovereign wealth funds, strategic investors, or large institutional allocators at a senior level.
  • •Exposure to public company investor relations, the listing process, or a business combination is strongly preferred.
  • •Strong capital markets knowledge and ability to build the investor relations function from the ground up in a fast-moving environment.
