Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Head of Rails and EC senior management in delivery and operations.
  • •Build and grow headcount for the India rail team, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
  • •Lead the team supporting Rail projects and drive technical solutions for difficult problems.
  • •Oversee adoption of new technology solutions in the businesses and streamline work between business and support functions.
  • •Provide regular reporting to senior management on performance, issues, and suggested improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s in Engineering (or equivalent) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • •More than 15 years of experience in Civil Engineering (UK/Middle East/US experience desirable).
  • •Knowledge of rail design services, associated regulations, and technical standards.
  • •Ability to build consensus and relationships among business leads, management, and employees.
  • •Excellent communication, influencing, and people management skills; capable of prioritizing and delegating tasks and introducing process improvements with buy-in.
