Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a commercially minded legal business partner to Crafting & Supply in Thailand and the retail business across Asia.
  • •Provide clear legal advice across contracts, corporate governance, employment, intellectual property, retail operations, marketing regulations, and compliance.
  • •Co-lead strategic and day-to-day projects by identifying legal risks and proposing practical mitigations.
  • •Review, draft, and negotiate supply, procurement, service, lease, and retail-related agreements; advise on store leases and related requirements.
  • •Collaborate on regulatory compliance, manage external counsel, and support corporate governance and company secretary matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in law.
  • •Licensed attorney with a mix of law firm and in-house experience preferred.
  • •At least 5–6 years of post-qualification experience on Manager level, with proven ability to lead complex matters.
  • •Strong background in corporate law, commercial law, and labour law.
  • •Fluent in English and able to work independently while meeting demanding deadlines.
