Job Summary

Support the CFO by managing GBE/Regional finance operations and delivering insights on ISC conversion costs and inventory. Lead annual standard costing, drive in-year cost monitoring, and partner on AOP, forecasting, and monthly estimates. Perform variance, trend, PPV, absorption, and efficiency analytics, produce accrual and reporting deliverables, and align stakeholders on action plans to improve cost efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the Annual Standard Costing process, including governance with AC-04, in-year standard costing, and audit walkthroughs.
•Partner with business and ISC finance leads on planning and forecasting for ISC costs, including AOP, SRO/Pulse forecasts, and monthly estimates.
•Conduct deep cost management analysis (conversion costs, PPV, absorption, DLE Efficiency, IOS analytics) and identify improvement opportunities.
•Manage reporting and analytics for estimates, accrual guidance, and business engagement; interpret results and provide actionable recommendations.
•Ensure timely completion of operational deliverables including accruals, intercompany recharges, and recurring financial reports.

Key Requirements

•Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant or a Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration with 6+ years of overall finance experience.
•Experience partnering with corporate finance and functional leaders to manage financial targets.
•Proficiency with Tableau, BI, and Alteryx, plus knowledge of ERP/reporting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Essbase, HANA/BW, and Hyperion.
•Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, make consistent timely decisions, and support variance and trend analysis.
•Cross-functional influencing ability and a proactive, curious approach to drive commercial excellence.
