•Oversee performance and operations for multiple branches within a district.
•Ensure seamless fulfillment processes across locations including different retailers.
•Collaborate with the store supervisor to evaluate and ensure adherence to fulfillment workflows.
•Supervise the shopper process of daily orders from picking to packing.
•Monitor schedules, processes, and policies to maximize efficiency and customer service.

Key Requirements

•3-4 years previous job experience in order fulfillment and management of pickers.
•1-2 year Experience of operations within a grocery stores.
•Well organized, able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
•Proven analytical abilities with effective issue resolution and reliable timekeeping.
