Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to identify automation opportunities and design process workflows.
  • •Design, document, test, and deploy quality automation solutions with scalable, reusable components.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert for automation to teams and business/functional associates.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery from discovery through deployment while collaborating with global stakeholders.
  • •Build and maintain a repository of tools, best practices, and reusable automation solutions to promote RPA utilization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Computer Science/IT Business Application with 3+ years of working experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting enterprise business automation solutions using RPA technologies.
  • •Strong experience with Automation Anywhere (preferred); experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate Desktop is advantageous.
  • •Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including building/configuring agents and integrating them with business processes and data is a strong plus.
  • •Experience developing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SAP scripting and VBA, and/or SAP ERP/SAP Business Objects is a plus.
