Identify, shape, and deliver enterprise automation opportunities by translating business needs into requirements and process flows. Design, develop, deploy, and support RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere and other automation technologies, creating scalable, reusable automation assets. Collaborate with global stakeholders and serve as a subject matter expert for automation, contributing to best-practice repositories. Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot/Copilot Studio is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to identify automation opportunities and design process workflows.
•Design, document, test, and deploy quality automation solutions with scalable, reusable components.
•Serve as a subject matter expert for automation to teams and business/functional associates.
•Own end-to-end delivery from discovery through deployment while collaborating with global stakeholders.
•Build and maintain a repository of tools, best practices, and reusable automation solutions to promote RPA utilization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Computer Science/IT Business Application with 3+ years of working experience.
•Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting enterprise business automation solutions using RPA technologies.
•Strong experience with Automation Anywhere (preferred); experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate Desktop is advantageous.
•Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including building/configuring agents and integrating them with business processes and data is a strong plus.
•Experience developing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SAP scripting and VBA, and/or SAP ERP/SAP Business Objects is a plus.
