Key Responsibilities

•Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Finance/Risk Portfolio, focusing on financial services and insurance workflows.
•Develop deep understanding of customer contexts, tools, models, and data flows to inform requirements and model/data needs.
•Partner with quantitative researchers, ML engineers, and domain experts to translate customer problems into clear product requirements.
•Define success metrics and validation strategies to demonstrate differentiated value against existing views.
•Lead 0→1 product discovery: problem framing, hypothesis development, lightweight validation, and rapid iteration on prototypes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 136,000 - 240,000 annually

•Track record of 0→1 product work, identifying opportunities and shaping them from idea to prototype.
•Strong prioritization skills and exceptional customer-facing communication with senior stakeholders.
