Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full project life cycle from conception to completion, including development of the clear brief and defining consulting team roles.
  • •Develop cost-effective plans and schedules, track and report construction schedule/cost performance to meet time and budget targets.
  • •Oversee project support activities including quality assurance, configuration control, interface management, mitigation monitoring, systems integration, and contracts/procurement activities.
  • •Manage client relationships by reporting progress and plan modifications, and maintaining ethical, proactive communication with key stakeholders.
  • •Supervise project staff and subcontractors: conduct meetings, delegate tasks, manage performance, ensure safety compliance, and lead documentation/reporting within deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc, BTech, or Diploma in the Built Environment.
  • •Professional membership with a registered accreditation body.
  • •10+ years’ experience in the built environment, including 7+ years in construction project management.
  • •Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous stakeholders to achieve efficiency.
  • •Strong oral and written communication and problem-solving skills.
