Account Manager

Own key accounts in an assigned North American territory, setting tactical sales direction and account communication strategies to defend existing business and win new opportunities. Drive profitable year-over-year growth focused on share of wallet by prospecting, networking, and supporting negotiations. Coordinate cross-functional work across Sales, R&D, Marketing, and Field Service, manage accounts receivable with Credit, and use CRM for account planning, pipeline, forecasting, profitability, and churn management.
