Own and advance Visa’s consumer value proposition (CVP) for KBO and EKQ by managing benefit providers, launching new product variants across markets, and driving continuous improvements to customer benefits and user experience. Serve as trusted advisor to the Head of CVP, project-manage initiatives end-to-end (business cases, pricing, communications), and build monetized benefit ecosystems with internal and external partners to deliver measurable revenue impact.
