Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage existing product benefit providers to improve customer proposition while optimizing return on Visa investment.
  • •Project-manage CVP initiatives, including business case preparation, system setup, pricing, and communications for product launches and enhancements.
  • •Support product strategy development using consumer research, Visa data analysis, and tracking usage of existing benefits.
  • •Support budget management by tracking program performance and sharing forecasts with finance per budget cycles.
  • •Develop monetized benefit ecosystems and partner with issuing banks and cross-functional teams to create differentiated propositions that drive measurable revenue impact.

Key Requirements

  • •10 to 15 years’ experience in financial and fintech industries.

  • •Expertise in product strategy and go-to-market execution, revenue ownership, commercial structuring, vendor sourcing, negotiation, and partnerships.
