Key Responsibilities

  • •Discover and define what to build for ICO by studying consumers, dealers, competitors, and market conditions, using customer segmentation and competitive intelligence.
  • •Own product vision, business plans, value proposition, and roadmap/commercialization planning aligned to market, client, dealer, and business goals.
  • •Manage agile delivery activities including backlog creation/refinement, incremental value versioning, and feature development against high-quality specs.
  • •Create AI-native prototypes and working artifacts, run experimentation and trade-off analysis, and validate product decisions before engineering execution.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder analysis, dependency management, product readiness/launch activities, and ongoing product performance measurement for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology and hands-on experience with product planning, lifecycle methodologies, epics/features, and KPIs/analytics.
  • •Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Code, Figma Make) to research, prototype, and author specs with judgment.
  • •Market/user research, customer segmentation, competitive intelligence, and problem/opportunity identification with research synthesis.
  • •Strong communication, collaboration, and ownership mindset, with data-driven decision-making and technology savvy.
