Key Responsibilities

  • •Help evaluate, pilot, and operationalize emerging technologies, including AI-enabled workflows and cloud-native GIS capabilities.
  • •Provide onsite, hands-on solution enablement across a broad range of Esri technologies and translate priorities into action.
  • •Act as an extension of a customer’s GIS team and Esri Program Team to accelerate progress and resolve unexpected issues.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience in GIS technical support, system administration, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role.
  • •3+ years of professional experience with ArcGIS Enterprise architecture, configuration, administration, and enterprise GIS best practices.
  • •Proven experience working with enterprise geodatabases, data management workflows, and database administration concepts.
  • •Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver successful outcomes in enterprise environments.
  • •Strong communication and consulting skills to influence technical direction and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
