Key Responsibilities

  • •Developing complete Financial Statements Models.
  • •Analyze, evaluate and compare all the operational and financial inputs of the oil & gas entities, assets and projects through the cycle.
  • •Calculate and evaluate all economic parameters related with the profitability of Oil & Gas projects.
  • •Valuation of Companies and Assets and applying different valuation methodologies and evaluating risks via scenarios including stochastic analysis and competitive analysis.
  • •Applying Capital Budgeting and corporate finance concepts and tools for the investment plan analysis (CAPM, returns per unit of risk, derivatives, fixed income, currency hedging, etc.).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Economics and/or Engineering; CFA, MBA or a relevant advanced financial degree strongly preferred.
  • •A minimum of 15 years of experience ideally in Oil & Gas Financial Markets.
  • •Demonstrable experience of modeling and valuations for the Downstream sector (refining, petrochemicals, trading, retail, low carbon energies).
  • •Experience with asset financial modelling and financial research tools (Bloomberg, FactSet, Reuters, CapitalIQ) and data management from main downstream/industry sources (HIS, S&P, Wood Mackenzie, Rystad).
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to develop comprehensive Financial Statements Models and evaluate profitability across projects/assets.
