Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead coordination and delivery of the Local Roads package (Section One) within the Northland Corridor project.
  • •Manage interfaces across drainage, utilities, structures, and geotechnical disciplines.
  • •Coordinate with contractor teams to incorporate operational requirements into delivery.
  • •Identify risks, constraints, and opportunities and develop practical solutions to support project outcomes and AECOM’s wider team.
  • •Review project deliverables and technical outputs to ensure alignment with programme objectives, standards, consent conditions, quality, and budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related tertiary discipline.
  • •Experience delivering transport infrastructure, local roads, highways, or major civil projects in New Zealand and Australia.
  • •Strong design coordination and package management experience.
  • •Proven ability coordinating and engaging contractors, maintenance/operations teams, designers and technical specialists, and multiple design disciplines.
  • •Experience managing delivery interfaces within local roads or state highway infrastructure; familiarity with NZ local authority standards and consenting/approvals processes (Auckland Transport experience highly regarded).
