Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional luxury customer service by following the Selling Ceremony and representing the brand image through behavior and dress code.
  • •Develop detailed product knowledge (construction, materials, care, design) to deliver knowledgeable service.
  • •Build and maintain a client database to drive repeat visits and customer loyalty.
  • •Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating issues, proposing solutions, and recommending next steps to store management.
  • •Support stock replenishment and stock controls, participate in stock takes/meetings/training, and help maintain VM standards, tidiness, and concession performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 30,500 - 39,000

  • •Demonstrable success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English.
