Job Summary

Develop and manage a portfolio of Non-Resident Premier clients, delivering tailored wealth management and financial planning guidance. Acquire, retain, and review client needs, advise on HSBC products and partner offerings, monitor risks, and deliver solutions through effective communication while adhering to HSBC policies and controls within the RBW Hong Kong International team.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Acquire, develop and retain new Non-Resident Premier Clients via outreach activities and referrals, conducting in-depth reviews to identify personal and financial needs and delivering tailored wealth management services to HSBC clients
•Advise on a full range of products and services including HSBC manufactured products and those from external partners
•Continuously monitor and gather information to assess potential impacts and identify risks and opportunities for the business
•Deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication and influencing
•Adhere to HSBC policy, procedures and control requirements, raise concerns promptly, and maintain operational integrity and HSBC principles and values

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline
•Experience understanding customer needs and delivering excellent customer service
•Knowledge of financial planning and wealth products; ability to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control
•Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses and CPD requirements
•Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin, Cantonese and English-speaking skills are advantageous
