Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion environmental, health, and safety compliance across control operations and promote a safety-focused culture through risk assessments.
  • •Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of control systems and provide expert support for complex operational issues.
  • •Perform root cause investigations using 8D problem-solving and drive corrective and preventive actions after incidents.
  • •Coordinate capacity planning, system performance analysis, and execution of expansion projects to meet site growth and production demands.
  • •Review and validate scope, schedule, and cost estimates for infrastructure upgrades; oversee building and construction phases and perform FMEA to improve system resilience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering; Master’s or equivalent experience preferred.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience developing, maintaining, and operating Instrumentation and Control Systems in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • •Certification on PLC and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition).
  • •Hands-on maintenance practices for PLC, instrumentation, toxic gas monitoring, and SCADA installation work.
  • •Knowledge of problem-solving and data analysis methods, plus familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools (advantageous).
