Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with IP design, validation, and architecture teams to ensure IP test content coverage and to develop, validate, and debug test patterns.
  • •Build and maintain ATE test program infrastructure using best-known methods.
  • •Evaluate and validate new product features, test conditions/methodologies, and test content during initial silicon bring-up.
  • •Conduct silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature conditions and correlate/release test programs for high-volume production.
  • •Lead initiatives to improve KPIs such as reducing test time, debugging yield issues, and enhancing product quality, including support for qualification and customer-return debugging.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 126,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Develop ATE test programs and patterns with preference for Advantest 93K, including content development and program creation.
  • •Understanding of JTAG, BIST, and HSIO concepts.
  • •Experience designing ATE loadboards.
  • •Strong programming and scripting skills in languages such as C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, or Python; familiarity with version control systems.
  • •BS + 10 years or MS + 8 years, plus BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
