Program Controls Specialist II

Provide Project Controls for the INDIA Project Management Centre, supporting scheduling and cost control through tracking, analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Apply Project Controls policies and procedures consistently, build schedules and templates, and highlight deviations with recovery plan inputs. Set up cost control tools including Earned Value and productivity monitoring, support monthly reviews/audits and project gating, and collaborate with Program and Project Managers to implement processes, data structures, and technology.
